Our service

Renomate is an introducer. We connect homeowners with independent, vetted renovation installers. We are not the installer and do not carry out the renovation work ourselves. Any contract for work is between you and the installer you choose.

Free for homeowners

Our matching service is free for homeowners. We receive a fee from installers, not from you.

No guarantee of outcome

While we carefully vet the installers in our network, you are responsible for satisfying yourself about any installer before entering into a contract, and for agreeing the scope, price and terms of your project directly with them.

Your enquiry

You agree that the information you provide is accurate, and that we may share the details necessary to match you with a suitable installer.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Renomate is not liable for the workmanship, conduct or contractual performance of any installer. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
